Access to the Kapuzinerkloster is possible without using steps. You might need help for opening the entrance door. The upper floors are accessible by elevator (width: 80 cm); some rooms on the ground floor are accessible by a very steep ramp. Wheelchair users might need assistance when using the ramps. A barrier-free toilet is available on the ground floor (KAP-020). The Waisenhaus parking lot next to the building has handicapped parking spaces. Unfortunately, a guidance system and Braille door signs are not yet available.
