Welcome to the Faculty of Languages and Literatures

  • The Faculty of Languages and Literatures is home to the philology departments – Classical Philology, English and American studies, German Studies, and Romance studies – and the departments of Art History, Classical Archaeology, and Journalism. Over 20 professors, a large number of research associates, and a team of research support staff ensure that students receive excellent supervision and support.
