Master’s degree programs at the KU

Please note:

Our degree programs are taught mainly in German. Degree-seeking students therefore require sufficient German language proficiency. For details of the admission requirements and application procedure for international students, please see the information on application for full degree programs.

Please ensure that you adhere to the application deadlines.
Application documents are available in German on the Student Office website.

Consecutive Master’s degree programs

Our consecutive Master’s degree programs follow on from Bachelor’s degree programs in the same or a closely related field.

Non-consecutive Master’s degree programs

Our non-consecutive Master’s degree programs do not follow on from Bachelor’s degree programs in a particular field and are open to applicants from a wider range of areas.

Professional development programs (for working professionals; tuition fees charged)

Applicants for these programs must have several years of previous work experience.
