Painting work is currently taking place in the periodicals reading room and the gallery. The scanner is now located in the reading room on the ground floor. It is located to the right of the entrance between the self-check-out terminal and the collection shelf.

On Tuesday, August 29, 2023, the water will need to be shut off the whole day for water line reconfiguration work as part of the general renovation of the campus buildings.

During this time, water will also not be available in the Main Library.

From Wednesday, 23.08.2023, the carpet of the Periodicals Reading Room and the gallery at the Economics Branch Library will be replaced.

From August 5 to October 2 the University Library will open with different hours.

From now on you can read, relax or simply enjoy the summer in the KU deck chairs in front of the Main Library again ☀️

On May 28 and 29, 2023 (Pentecost Sunday and Monday) and June 8, 2023 (Corpus Christi), all University Library locations will be
closed.
