New paper published


The manuscript entitled "How a firm's best versus normal customers react to compensation after a service failure" has just been published in the Journal of Business Research, Volume 69 (2016), Issue 10, pp. 4331-39. The paper was jointly written by Katja Gelbrich, Jana Gäthke and Yany Grégoire.
