Prof. Dr. Benjamin Morisse

Benjamin Morisse is active in Higher Education in Business since 1998. He is a guest professor at our chair, since 2006. Benjamin Morisse holds a PhD in Business Science as an ‘Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches’. His field of expertise lies in franchising management and more specifically, the implementation of brand standards at the store’s level. As volunteering to community, Benjamin Morisse is active in several mandates, as an expert in the Accreditation Body of the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles, and as a member of the Board of Administration of the NOVACHILD cluster and of several committees.

Prof. Dr. Robert Taylor

Dr. Bob received his PhD in Social industrial Psychology in 1979 from Louisiana State University. After teaching at the University of West Florida and a short stint back at LSU, Bob moved in 1983 to Memphis TN  where he has been teaching in the Management Department of the University of Memphis for the last 36 years. He also taught in the Executive MBA program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and for the last 20 years has taught Organizational Behavior summer classes at the WFI - Ingolstadt School of Management in Germany. Bob has published extensively including a Management textbook that came out in 1987. He also received the prestigious University of Memphis Distinguished Teaching Award and has parlayed his teaching expertise into nearly 100 training programs offered to businesses in Memphis and throughout the U.S. and Canada, primarily in the areas of leadership and team development. Bob recently retired from UM and was granted Emeritus status primarily for his efforts to develop the leadership talents of his students through the MILE (Memphis Institute for Leadership Education) Leadership Mentoring Program, which he co-founded in 2007.

Dr. Daniel Alt

Dr. Daniel Alt is Managing Director at the Institute for Digital Management GmbH and responsible for the department of Digitalization & Consulting. His research activities focuses especially on the use of artificial intelligence and the ethical impact of technology.

Dr. habil. Sonia Hornberger

Dr. habil. Sonia Hornberger, venia legendi Ergonomics and Human Resources, is a visiting lecturer at our chair. She has been working in the HR department of AUDI AG since 2004, and since 2016 she has been head of the Department Research Partnerships / HR Trends department.

Célia Rousset, M.Sc.

Célia Rousset is employed at atrain GmbH as a Senior Consultant and Key Account Manager. During her studies, she participated the Masters Program in European Human Resource Management (EHRM) at LUISS Business School (ITA), EMLYON Business School (FRA) and Radboud University (NED). She graduated as Master of Science in Management / Diplome Grande Ecole at EMLYON Business School. Current fields of research are Organisation- and Human Resourcees development, Leadership & Management, Coaching as well as Learing Agility.

Dr. Felix-Michael Weber

Dr. Felix-Michael Weber has been a visiting lecturer at KUEI since 2013. He did his doctorate in the field of management and financing of family businesses at the Private University of Witten-Herdecke and studied business administration majoring Finance and Hurman Resources at the University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, EDHEC in Lille and Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires. Dr. Felix-Michael Weber has been a partner of the investment company Elephant Equity GmbH since 2006 and a financier of numerous growth companies in the field of cleantech, in particular renewable energy and recycling. Dr. Felix-Michael Weber is also a member of the board of the Maecenata Foundation, a think tank focusing on civil society, civic involvement & philanthropy, as well as a key supporter of the Maecenata Institute, the Tocqueville Forum and the Center for Humanitarian Action in Berlin.
