  • Corporate Design

The Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (KU) wants to differentiate itself from other universities – through its research and teaching, through its unique spirit, through the excellent relationships between its lecturers and students.

Also when it comes to its appearance, the KU wants to set itself apart in the external perception and demonstrate unity both internally and seen from the outside. A consistent appearance – a unique corporate design – improves our University’s recognizability. Implementation of a uniform design has the aim of increasing the visibility of the manifold offers and services provided by the University’s members and facilities.

The aim of our corporate design manual is to provide a foundation for a uniform image in our communication – both internal and external. The corporate design manual defines the three most important characteristics of the Universities image in print and digital publications: the KU logo, KU typefaces and KU colors. It also outlines correct use of the design elements when drafting letters, business cards, flyers, posters and brochures.

Our corporate design guidelines must be observed by all KU members as binding foundation for the design of publications and business correspondence. We therefore kindly ask all members of the University to follow them and to apply them wherever possible in order to help strengthen the KU ‘brand’.
