Therefore, please consider the following questions early on:

  • How high are the costs of the stay in the host country?
  • What kind of additional funding is available?

  • Average grade of the applicant at the point in time of the application
    • The Abitur grade shall be decisive for all Bachelor’s students in their first semester.
    • Bachelor’ students at the Eichstätt campus: The grade from the Transcript of Records at the time of application shall be decisive.
    • Bachelor’s students at the WFI in their 3rd semester at the point in time of application: Selection is made according to a ranking of grades. The calculation of the grade is based on the average grade of the 50 credits obtained so far. Any missing credits (thus, if you can only provide proof of less than 50 obtained credits) will be calculated with the grade 5.0.
    • Master’s students at the Eichstätt campus: The grade from the Bachelor’s degree shall be decisive.
    • Master’s students at WFI: Study places are allocated according to a ranking that is based on the result of the admission procedure for the Master’s degree studies. In the selection procedure for the 2020/21 winter semester, the grade of the entrance examination/admission test for the Master’s degree studies will be the only decisive factor, as no selection interviews were carried out in the specializations for the Master’s in Business Administration due to the pandemic.

Erasmus+ Logo

Erasmus+ is an EU-wide program for education, youths and sports. As of January 1, 2014, it has superseded the program for lifelong learning, YOUTH IN ACTION, as well as international EU higher educational programs with third countries.

For the period between 2014 and 2021, it opens up new perspectives on the conceptualization of mobility programs and European or international educational cooperation.

More information on all Erasmus+ programs at the KU can be found here.
