Series of events

In addition to regular musical accompaniment of university festivities and church services by the UniMusic ensembles and musical students of the KU, the following event formats have established themselves at the KU over time: also at the canteen in Eichstätt!
Since November 30, 2018, there are also lunch time concertsat the canteen in Eichstätt on Fridays, starting at approx. 12 p.m.Entrance is free.

Big ensembles

The big ensembles are musical offers primarily aimed at all University members, but also open to interested external parties. For many years now, the following ensembles have been part of the musical life on campus and the cultural life in the region:

The academic offer of the KU UniMusic is regularly enriched by performances (e.g. of pop/jazz bands, vocal, ethno, new music or folklore ensembles) and projects (e.g. first premieres of musicals, chamber operas) organized by student initiatives. 


Chamber music ensembles

The chamber music ensembles are primarily designed for KU music students. In addition to benefiting from intensive rehearsals, students also acquire artistic experience in the context of numerous performances on campus and beyond.
