Evaluation of Family Education the City of Ingolstadt

Family education offers are intended to support parents and families in all situations in life − for example, by information events on parenting issues, promotion of exchange between parents and advice on a wide range of issues relating to the family.

The aim of the project "Evaluation of Family Education Measures in the City of Ingolstadt" is to improve the range of family education offers in the city.

As a first step in the stocktaking context, the offers of various providers of family education measures are evaluated.

The needs analysis, in which parents of underage children in the city are asked about their usage behavior and wishes regarding family education measures, forms the second step of the study.

The results should contribute to adapt the family education offers to new developments and needs. Thus, the effect of family education is to be increased.
