The event starts with a welcome reception - from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., students can hold initial discussions with company representatives at the buffet. Individual dates (virtual or face-to-face) with them are then scheduled from 12 noon to 4 pm. Such talks can be arranged via app from around three weeks before the event. A panel talk on the topic of "Diversity as a success factor" will also begin at 12 noon. From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., interested parties can obtain non-binding information at the exhibition stands in the orchard. The barbecue will begin at around 4 p.m., offering a last chance for discussions. Depending on the weather, the event will take place in the foyer of the main building.
