Time schedule Bachelor’s students:

Semester 1: First questions: Where do I want to go? Which program covers this region/country? What are the prerequisites?

Semester 2: Information event at the beginning of the semester on the programs + individual advice, if required

Semester 3: Application for the corresponding program

Semester 4: Preparation for the stay abroad - application at partner university

Semesters 5 and/or 6: Study-abroad period

Time schedule for Master’s students (starting in the winter semester)

We recommend that Master’s students already contact the responsible contact persons at the International Office for an initial consultation meeting before the start of their studies:

Eichstätt campus: Stephany Koujou (all programs)

Ingolstadt campus: Armelle Langenwald (Erasmus+ and own faculty programs) and Stephany Koujou (worldwide program)
