Guest lecture on ‘Job profile of a tax consultant - paths into the profession and activities’

The Chair of ABWL and Business Taxation was very pleased to welcome Ms Viktoria Feller (in-house tax consultant) from Rohde & Schwarz and Dr Benjamin Graßl (tax consultant) from FGS Munich to the WFI for a joint guest lecture on Thursday, 5 June 2025.

On the topic of ‘Job profile of a tax consultant - ways into the profession and activities’, the job profile of a tax consultant, the path to the tax consultant exam as well as the later fields of activity and earning opportunities were first explained in more detail. This theoretical and informative part was supplemented by interesting insights into the practical work of a tax consultant. In a concluding case study, the students had the opportunity to gain specific case-related insights into the profession of tax consultant.
