Guest lecture by Dr. Maximilian Trappmann (Partner, Sonntag & Partner)

In his presentation titled “Family Organizations as a Tool for Orderly Wealth Succession,” Mr. Trappmann used specific case studies to demonstrate how family wealth can be structured, protected, and transferred in a tax-optimized manner across generations—from a family pool holding real estate to a domestic family foundation and a Liechtenstein family foundation.

Particularly valuable for our students was the direct connection drawn between civil and tax law and practical advisory work.
