New Publication: Student-perceived program coherence: associations with motivation and identification

This study examines how students view the coherence of their degree programmes at the end of their first semester at university. Coherent learning opportunities are intended to enable students to experience their studies as meaningful and connected. Students from teacher education, medicine, psychology, biology, law, economics, and nutritional sciences were surveyed. The results reveal potential motivational and identity-related effects of coherence for students.
