Sustainable reading: Book exchange cabinet in Ingolstadt

The new book exchange cabinet at the Ingolstadt KU campus offers lasting reading pleasure: The student organization “DenkNachhaltig!” (Think sustainably) opened it as part of the Sustainability Week under the motto "Books for Brews - swap a book, have a coffee".

Some of the first books already found their way into the book exchange shelf at the opening event. The guests, students and staff, attended the specially organized reading picnic to get an overview of the selection. In the shade of the orchard, they were able to read the books on picnic blankets with coffee and cake and discuss them. But the large compartments of the book exchange cabinet still offer enough space for plenty of other reading material: If you would like to deposit or swap books you have already read or borrow a book, you will find the cabinet on the first floor of the New Building (Fairteiler).
