In pleasant summer weather, this year’s hiking trip of the KU Research Institute for Taxation took us to Riedenburg. Our hike began in the historic town center and followed a scenic loop trail to the impressive Prunn Castle, which sits perched high on a cliff and accompanied us for much of the way. After a short break, we continued back to Riedenburg along the opposite bank of the river, enjoying beautiful views along the way. We rounded off the day in a beer garden.
