Common case of confusion 4: Inclusion of additional course achievements

Events that can lead to additional achievements being included

In Section 30 para. 2 sentence 4, the General Examination Regulations of the KU (APO) allow you to have modules that you have completed during your enrollment in your degree program additionally certified in an annex to your transcript of records. This gives you the opportunity to include additional skills in your qualification profile that are not part of your degree program according to the examination regulations that apply to you.

Procedure if you wish to include additional achievements

If you wish to have voluntarily and additionally completed modules listed in an annex to your transcript of records, please indicate this in your certificate application. You can request issuance of your final academic record by submitting a certificate application that is available on your degree program website.

So, including additional course achievements does not constitute recognition or credit transfer.
