Accessible campus

In recent years, the KU has implemented a number of different reconstruction measures to make the campus more accessible. As large parts of our campus are historic, not all buildings are accessible for wheelchair users. Currently, the following KU buildings have elevators:
- Main Building (KGA)
- Canteen/cafeteria in Eichstätt
- Main Library
- Sommerresidenz
- ehemalige Orangerie/Media House
- Kapuzinerkloster
- Waisenhaus
- Departmental Library Aula
- Domplatz 8 (International Office)
- Marktplatz 7 (Student Service Center)
- Main Building and New Building in Ingolstadt
We have also not been able to implement an orientation system for blind people. A mobility training in all the major buildings is strongly recommended.
