Information for Interlibrary Loan Libraries

Current information due to the restricted library operation during the Corona pandemic:
We are here for you! Interlibrary loans can be ordered as usual and borrowed media can be returned to us.

We are happy to fulfill your national and international interlibrary loan requests.

Please note that we only supply libraries. If you need a book from our stocks via interlibrary loan as a private person, please contact your local library.

We also participate in the international interlibrary loan system of the Bavarian Library Network. If you are registered there as an orderer, you can order directly via Gateway Bayern.

If you would like to register in our Bavaria-wide international interlibrary loan system and do not yet have access, please send us an e-mail with all details about your library (full name, ISIL, address, e-mail address). We will then register you immediately.

Costs

For deliveries in international interlibrary loan we charge

• Books
  • Europe: 1 voucher
  • non-European: 3 vouchers
• Copies:
  • up to 40 pages: 1 voucher
  • more than 40 pages: 2 vouchers

Please note that we do not issue invoices and therefore can only accept vouchers.
