Ingolstadt
In Ingolstadt, you can register for a daycare center using the Ingolstadt Daycare Center Finder. Please note the registration period for the Kita year 2022/23, which runs from 08.02.2002 to 20.02.2022. Registrations made before this date will lose their validity on 07.02.2022. Commitments for childcare places will be issued from 10.03.2022. Further information, in particular details on open days, can be found here.
The KU cooperates with the Pädagogisches Zentrum Ingolstadt. The Pädagogisches Zentrum has several daycare centers in the greater Ingolstadt area. KU members who are interested in a place for their child in one of these facilities should proceed as follows:
- Register via the Kita-Finder at the corresponding facility (Please note the registration period!).
- E-mail the daycare center with the note "KU-Kooperation".
- Information about the desired place to the team of the family-friendly KU (familie(at)ku.de)
In addition, the KU is a member of the Mobile Familie e. V. association, which, among other things, arranges childcare places in large daycare centers in the Ingolstadt area. If you are interested in such a place, please also register your child via the Kita-Finder of the city of Ingolstadt. In addition, please get in touch with the contact person at Mobile Familie e. V.. This person will also advise you if you are interested in a place with a daycare mother or a daycare father. The advice and arrangement is free of charge for KU members.
Eichstätt
The allocation of childcare places is also centrally regulated in Eichstätt. Here you register your need at the Kitaplatz-Bedarfsanmeldung.
On the campus of the KU there is the Uni-Kinderhaus. This offers childcare places for infants and toddlers of KU students and employees. If you are interested, register your need via the central registration page. In addition, please also contact the management of the Uni-Kinderhaus.
