MSc “International Marketing” student awarded BNP-Paribas-DFH-Scholarship

Louisa Peine, Master’s student in “International Marketing” at the KU Ingolstadt School of Management (WFI), was honored for her outstanding achievements by the Franco-German University (Deutsch-Französische Hochschule, DFH). At the ceremony in the Paris Residence of the German ambassador, she was awarded with the "BNP-Paribas-DFH-Scholarship" worth 3,000 euros, which is financed by the French bank BNP Paribas.

Peine studies in the third semester of the Master’s program in “International Marketing” at the Ingolstadt School of Management. The program is offered in collaboration with the Toulouse School of Management. In this program, students spend one year at the Ingolstadt School of Management and one year in Toulouse and obtain both a German and a French degree after four semesters. The program focuses on current issues and challenges, such as e.g. digitalization of the professional world, corporate ethics and successful product and service innovation management.

On the occasion of the ceremony in Paris, the Franco-German University awarded excellence prizes to Master’s students for their final theses, as well as a price for the best doctoral thesis and three scholarships. “For many years now, the DFH’s excellence prizes, awards for the best dissertations and company scholarships have put young talents with a Franco-German university education and their places of study into contact with internationally operating economic players and institutions – a win-win situation for all sides”, explains DFH President Prof. Dr. Olivier Mentz at the ceremony. In addition to German ambassador Dr. Nikolaus Meyer-Landrut, numerous personalities from politics, the industry and the higher education sector also attended the festivities.
