Theater Trip to Munich: Tony Kushner's landmark play "Angels in America"
The department of American studies organized a theater trip to Munich on December 18, 2022 to see a production of Tony Kushner's landmark play Angels in America at the Residenztheater Munich. This production was directed by acclaimed Australian director Simon Stone.
Research Seminar "American Art and Current Artistic Practice": Theater Trip to Munich
The research seminar in American studies "American Art and Current Artistic Practice” organized a theater trip to Munich in late June 2022 to see a production of Eugene O'Neill’s famous play _Gier Unter Ulmen_ (Desire Under the Elms) at the Residenztheater Munich. The theater trip also included a visit to Munich’s art museum Haus der Kunst, where the seminar group visited the new exhibition by Fujiko Nakaya entitled "Nebel Leben".
