Semester fees must be paid by bank transfer. Please note that the transfer process takes approximately 5 business days.
Once payment has been successfully received, the Student Office will re-register you. You can then validate your KU.Card at one of the terminals.

Dates and deadlines of the Student Office
Deadlines for guest students
Enrollment as a guest student is possible for a summer semester no later than June 15 of a given year, and for a winter semester no later than December 15 of a given year.
Enrollment deadlines for doctoral studies
Enrollment in a doctoral program, which must be completed at the Student Office, is possible for the summer semester until June 15 at the latest, and for the winter semester until December 15 at the latest.
Deadline for submitting an application for leave
Applications for a leave for the summer semester must be submitted by April 30 at the latest, and for the winter semester by October 31 at the latest.
Application for degree programs with limited admission
For degree programs with limited admission that start in the winter semester, applications are generally accepted starting in early May via the application portal.
For degree programs with limited admission that start in the summer semester, applications are generally accepted starting in early January via the application portal.
Deadline for registration for an advisory interview for professionally qualified individuals
Registration deadline for an advisory interview for professionally qualified applicants: July 15 of each year for degree programs with limited admission, and September 1 of each year for degree programs without admission restrictions (final deadlines).
