Re-registration - semester fees

By re-registering, students at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt confirm their intention to continue their studies in the coming semester.

Re-registration is completed by transferring the semester fees by the deadline. Semester fees must always be paid by bank transfer. Please note that the transfer process takes approximately 5 business days. Once payment has been successfully received, you will be automatically re-registered. You can access your updated certificate of enrollment and payment confirmation online at studienservice.ku.de. You can then validate your KU.Card at one of the terminals.

If you have not been re-registered despite paying the semester fees, this is often due to a re-registration block. In this case, please contact the Student Office.

Once payment has been successfully received, the Student Office will re-register you. You can then validate your KU. Card at one of the terminals.

Note on taking exams

Pursuant to Art. 84, Paragraph 1, Sentence 6 of the Bavarian Higher Education Innovation Act (BayHIG), enrollment is mandatory for taking university exams, in particular for retake exams.
