Not just analyzing journalism, but shaping it myself – that’s exactly what excites me about the Master’s program in Journalism Studies at the KU. I moved from Saxony to Eichstätt to pursue this degree because the combination of academic excellence, hands-on media work, and close exchange with the lecturers is unique to me.

Campus Eichstätt

Eichstätt combines a Baroque old town with canoe trips on the Altmühl River, open-air movies in the summer, and festivals such as the Altstadtfest and the Lichternacht—here, everyday student life meets a genuine zest for life.

Accommodation and living

Finding a place to live is part of planning for uni – whether it’s a dorm, a shared apartment, or your own apartment. Anyone coming to Eichstätt or Ingolstadt to attend uni should start looking for housing early.
