At the KU, students gain more than just a degree – this is what characterizes studying at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. Together with the Studium.Pro program, the International Office therefore offers a certificate that certifies a high level of non-university commitment to internationalization for foreign full-time students and students with German university entrance qualifications. The certificate is part of a project that seeks to increase the academic success of foreign full-time students, called “SAVE” for short, which is funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts. The supplementary certificate KU.SMART aims to support KU students in becoming smart players in the field of internationalization. The program distinguishes between offers for foreign and German students, whereby both groups should come into contact with each other. In order to receive the certificate, students must attend one course each from five different fields.
