Planning and organization

Plan your event directly in ILIAS by creating courses. Prepare your teaching materials in a visually appealing and clearly structured way for students and then automatically add all students registered for your courses in KU.Campus to your ILIAS courses as members.
How does that work? Take a look at our short video tutorials that briefly explain all necessary steps:

You are also welcome to take a look at our general training offer in order to learn about the possibilities of the learning platform. From an introduction to basic functions to an in-depth examination of various visual design options in ILIAS, we offer various courses in workshop format:

Supporting and enriching the teaching practice

In your courses, you have a wide range of options for supporting and enriching your teaching digitally. For example, you can supplement your lectures with short video recordings or move group work in your seminars online. Our short video tutorials will give you some initial ideas:

In addition, we offer the opportunity to try out various teaching/learning scenarios in workshops, e.g. collaboration via blogs or the integration of interactive elements via H5P.

Self-organized learning

ILIAS provides a basis for enabling self-organized learning and providing tutorial support. Students can see upcoming tasks on their "dashboard" and have an area where they can organize their documents and share them with others. ILIAS also offers the option of creating learning portfolios and sharing them with lecturers or other students.
