In the article authored by Thomas Hagsphil (TU Munich), Rainer Kolisch (TU Munich), Pirmin Fontaine und Sebastian Schiffels (University of Augsburg), we developed an efficient method for apron layout planning and optimal positioning of aircraft stands. In October, the paper was already awarded with the prestigious Anna Valicek Award.
