The Assistant professorship of Operations Management is working on topics in the area of logistics, production planning and operations management. We develop mathematical models and efficient solution algorithms for decision-support tools. The problems considered are operational, tactical and strategic.

In research, the Assistant Professorship primarily addresses problems in the area of logistics, transportation, supply chain and operations management. Specific focus is currently given to topics in urban logistics and urban mobility.
