The Chair sees one of its essential tasks in the development of scientifically sound solution concepts for management practice in organisations. This application orientation requires making the problem areas of corporate practice the subject of scientific reflection and teaching and bringing new research results into practice. The focus is on the joint development of solutions for concrete (and current) problems in business practice on a scientific basis.
