Research at the Chair focuses on key questions of private law (civil law), as well as national and international trade, business, and tax law. At the heart of our work are the individual and the pursuit of knowledge, practical relevance, and the development and communication of sustainable, viable concepts and competencies to prevent or resolve conflicts through legal means.
