Master's seminar (10 ECTS): Summer semester 2025

In the summer semester 2025, the Chair offers a Master's seminar on “European and international Commercial Law and Business Law”.

The overview of topics and information on the application procedure can now be found under the Teaching tab, “Events SoSe 2025”.

Doctoral seminar: Summer semester 2025

In the summer semester 2025, the chair offers a doctoral seminar entitled: Sustainable Value Creating Science. The course will be offered in German and English.

Exam review (winter semester 2024/25) 

The possibility to review the exams Private Law II: Commercial Law + Corporate Law and Accounting Law is available on Tuesday, 25.03.2025 from 11:00 a.m. to approx. 12:00 noon. 

If you would like to attend the inspection appointment, please contact Ms. Katharina Jost (katharina.jost@ku.de) by e-mail by 25.03.2025, 8:00 a.m. at the latest. You will then be allocated an individual time. Objections and questions regarding the correction must be submitted in written form to the chair!

You must bring your student or identity card with you to the review!
