Zwei Masterseminare – WS 2026/27
Im Wintersemester 2026/27 bietet der Lehrstuhl das Masterseminar “Europäisches und internationales Handels- und Wirtschaftsrecht” mit dem Seminaroberthema
„Vermögensordnung für Unternehmer und Künstliche Intelligenz (KI)“ (10 ECTS) an.
Darüber hinaus wird im Wintersemester 2026/27 das weitere NEUE Masterseminar „Mensch, Wirtschaft, Umwelt: Globale Vermögensordnung, Transformationsökonomie und Klimapartner“ mit dem Seminaroberthema
“Marktwirtschaft, Klimaschutz und generative KI” (5 ECTS) angeboten.

Two Master’s Seminars – Winter Term 2026/27
In the winter term 2026, the Chair offers the Master’s seminar “European and International Commercial Law and Business Law” on the topic:
“Asset Management for Entrepreneurs and Artificial Intelligence (AI)” (10 ECTS)
In addition, in the winter term 2026/27, the Chair offers the NEW Master’s seminar “Human being, Economy, Environment: Global Vermögensordnung (order of assets), Transformation Economy and Climate Partners” on the topic:
“Market Economy, Climate Protection, and Generative AI” (5 ECTS)

Examination Review for the 2nd Date in the Winter Term 2025/26
a) The combined review of the 2nd date exam “Privatrecht II" (part Commercial Law) of the winter term 2025/26 is scheduled to take place on Monday, 22nd June 2026, from 08:30 a.m. to 10:00 a. m. together with the Chair of Business Ethics, esp. Corporate Governance (Prof. Dr. Kai Sandner). To participate, please register by 6 p.m. on 21st June 2026 via email to ls-ihwr(at)ku.de including your matriculation number.
b) The 2nd date exam “Bilanzrecht” of the winter term 2025/26 may be reviewed by individual appointment. Please contact Ms. Daniela Müller-Sättler via email to ls-ihwr(at)ku.de including your matriculation number.
