Mittelbauvertretung (representatives of the mid-level academic faculty at the Catholic University Eichstätt-Ingolstadt)
The convention of academic and artistic staff is composed of the voting members, which include the elected representatives of the Mittelbau (including deputy mandates) in the senate of the Catholic University Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, in the university council and in the faculty councils, as well as the advisory members, i.e., all other academic and artistic staff of the KU.
The convention is represented by a team of spokespersons to the university management, the Landesmittelbauvertretung(representatives of the mid-level academic faculty at universities in Bavaria) and other organisations and institutions.
In addition, working groups may be established by resolution of the convention and currently exist on the following topics:

- AK Berufungskommissionen (working group on appointment commissions)

Landesmittelbau
Landesmittelbauvertretung (representatives of the mid-level academic faculty at universities in Bavaria)
The representatives of the mid-level academic faculty at Bavarian universities are united in the Landesverband Wissenschaftler und Wissenschaftlerinnen in Bayern (LWB). The LWB represents the academics working at Bavarian universities, the young academics, and academic staff.
The LWB was founded in Eichstätt on 31 May 2008 and the predecessor organisation LAMB was dissolved.
The spokesperson of the LWB is Bernhard Emmer (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich).
