The Facility Management (FM) at the KU is your contact for all questions concerning buildings, rooms and areas at the KU. We operate and maintain the approximately 40 buildings and building complexes of the KU with more than 55,000 m² of usable space and the outdoor facilities at all University locations. In five specialist divisions, we coordinate central space and occupancy management, demand and inventory development, building management, construction maintenance, construction project management and technical building operation, supply and disposal, event and media technology including holistic event management, environmental management, occupational safety, health management and internal services such as mail room, locking service and KU in-house printing service. In addition, the central allocation of lecture halls and seminar rooms as well as locking system management and programming are also carried out here.
