From 2nd to 6th December 2024, Prof. Dr. Aneta Rogalska-Marasińska visited our Chair as part of an Erasmus+ Short-Term Lectureship. Prof. Rogalska-Marasińska is a professor at the University of Łódź in Poland. She began her academic career at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, where she earned her PhD in 2001 with a dissertation in the humanities. In 2018, she completed her habilitation with the work "Intercultural Education for Sustainable Development" (= "Edukacja międzykulturowa na rzecz zrównoważonego rozwoju"), continuing her research on the challenges of modern education. Prof. Rogalska-Marasińska specialises in comparative pedagogy, intercultural education, sustainable development, and their didactics. Her academic interests also include art education and socio-cultural animation.
During her short-term lectureship, Prof. Dr. Rogalska-Marasińska led several workshops that were both content- and methodology-enriching. We thank her for the exchange and the valuable insights, and wish her every success in her future projects.
