Subject areas, Chairs and Professorships

Fifteen Chairs and Professorships teach and conduct research at the Faculty of Theology. This excellent lineup is the result of previous third-party funding from the DFG Heisenberg Professorship “Theology in Contemporary Transformation Processes” and funding for the Professorship of “Theology of the Christian East” from the Diocese of Eichstätt. The Professorship of “Christian Social Ethics and Social Policy” is based in both the Ingolstadt School of Management and the Faculty of Theology.
