With the awarding of the doctoral diploma to Dr Claudia Mayer, another doctoral procedure under the supervision of Prof Dr Ulrich Kropač at the Chair of Didactics of Religious Education, Catechetics and Religious Education has been completed. The dissertation entitled "Social Work: A Place for Religion? Theory and Practice of Religious Sensitivity in Social Work" is a plea for religiously sensitive social work, which should contribute to a transfer of the religious dimension into the practice and education of social work.
We wish Dr Claudia Mayer - currently Professor of Social Work at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg in Heidenheim an der Brenz - all the best for her future academic career!
