This goal is pursued by the worldwide network "Uniservitate", which seeks to connect Catholic universities in their activities. Since 2020, the KU has been one of seven global hubs of this network to promote Service Learning. Members of "Uniservitate" met for an international conference for the second time on October 28th and 29th, 2021. Leading experts from science and practice around the topic of Service Learning were invited to the international symposium. This year's English-language conference was titled "Service-Learning, Integral Education and Transformative Spirituality".
The contributions of the symposium provided impulses for both research and teaching. The KU was represented with its own professional contributions, including those by Prof. Dr. Anne-Kathrin Lindau, Ina Limmer and Dr. Ulrike Brok.
