From December 23, 2023 to January 1, 2024, and on January 6 and 7, 2024, all University Library locations will be closed.
On December 22, and from January 2 to 5, the Main Library, the Departmental Libraries Aula and Ulmer Hof and the Ingolstadt Branch Library will be open until 5 p.m. The Departmental Library Hofgarten will be open by appointment from January 2 to 5.

If you need books during the Christmas break, we kindly ask you to borrow them in time. Please note:
- Please order books from the closed stacks in the Main Library by December 22, 2022, if possible, so that we can have them ready for you to pick up in time.
- You can borrow books from our reading rooms at the locations yourself. Orders from our departmental libraries and from the closed stacks in Rebdorf may take up to a week and may not be made available to you in time before the Christmas break.
The days on which the University Library is closed are not counted towards the loan period. Please check your OPAC user account to see the deadlines for returning your borrowed media on time or extend the loan period.
