Verena Frick and Michel Siebert participated in the Second International Congress on Political Theory, ‘Backsliding, Resilience, Renewal? Democracy in Eras of Transformation’, held at the University of Passau. As part of the congress, Verena Frick co-organised a panel entitled ‘What Is Democratic Resilience? Conceptual Foundations, Analytical Operationalisation and Theoretical Challenges’ with Tine Stein (University of Göttingen), Oliver Hidalgo and Stefan Christoph (both University of Passau). She also presented at the panel, speaking alongside Tine Stein on ‘Resilience as a Civic Competence’.
