As part of the thematic week “Science Against Fascism,” ZILAS is organizing a public panel discussion on the rise of the far right in Latin America. The discussion will examine the political and socioeconomic dynamics behind this development, strategies of political mobilization, cultural struggles, and competing claims to cultural hegemony. It will also explore possible scenarios for the region’s political, social, and economic future.
