Martin Weis (McKinsey, Zurich) has more than 18 years’ experience in leading digital transformation journeys, with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and robotic process automation, on behalf of clients in industries such as automotive, high tech, energy, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products.
