Keynote Speaker: Prof. Iwan Barankay

From Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) - one of the top business schools in the U.S.

Prof. Iwan Barankay is an Associate Professor of Business Economics and Public Policy at the Wharton School, the Business Department of the University of Pennsylvania. He studied at the University of Warwick and the University of Lausanne, and earned his doctorate in 2004 at the University of Warwick. Before moving to the Wharton School, he was at Essex University. Since his doctorate, he has published work in a series of leading professional journals and worked as a consultant and contact partner for questions relating to incentives in the workplace. His research interests include personnel economics, behavioral economics, field experiments and political economy.
