New paper accepted for publication in Journal of Service Research

The manuscript entitled "How Much Compensation Should a Firm Offer for a Flawed Service? An Examination of Non-Linear Effects of Compensation on Satisfaction" has been accepted for publication in Journal of Service Research, a leading marketing journal in the field. The paper was jointly written by Katja Gelbrich, Jana Gäthke, and Yany Grégoire (HEC Montréal).
