Paper accepted for presentation at EMAC 2016

The paper entitled "A New Online Retail Return Policy to Achieve Large Order Numbers and Low Returns” will be presented at the European Marketing Academy Conference 2016 in Oslo, Norway by Dr. Jana Gäthke. The paper was jointly written by Dr. Jana Gäthke, Prof. Dr. Katja Gelbrich and Prof. Dr. Alexander Hübner.


The EMAC 2016 will take on the theme of "Marketing in the Age of Data" and will be held from 24th to 27th May 2016 as a global meeting of marketing scholars from across the discipline.
