Welcome (back): Lucas Kames joins our team at the Chair of Service Management

We are very pleased to welcome Lucas Kames as a new colleague in our team!

With the start of the summer semester, we get a new addition to our team: we happily welcome Lucas Kames. After working with us as a student assistant for 2 years his path took him to the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, where he worked in an exciting project about AI-based solutions for customer service hotlines. Now he is back at the KU to focus on his research around consumer well-being and psychology in different service contexts.
