Paper accepted for presentation at AMA 2014 Summer Marketing Educators Conference

The paper entitled " How Much Should Firms Offer to their Best Customers? Understanding the Moderation Effect of Relationship Quality on the Nonlinear Effect of Compensation on Satisfaction” will be presented at AMA 2014 Summer Marketing Educators Conference in San Francisco by Dr. Jana Gäthke. The paper was jointly written by Prof. Dr. Katja Gelbrich, Dr. Jana Gäthke and Prof. Dr. Yany Grégoire (HEC Montréal).


The AMA 2014 Summer Marketing Educators Conference will take on the theme of "Leveraging New Technologies to Create Value for Customers and Firms " and will be held from 1st to 3rd August 2014 as a global meeting of marketing scholars from across the discipline.
