The talk entitled “ Too exclusive?! The negative effects of exclusivity as a service strategy” (authors: Jana Gäthke, Nicola Bilstein, and Julia Weißberger) has been accepted for the 25th annual Frontiers in Service Conference, hosted by Norwegian School of Economics. The conference will be held June 23-26, 2016 in Bergen, Norway.
